Join us in welcoming Lily Meade, local author of The Shadow Sister! Lily will share her experiences working towards and becoming a published author and share some tips for those who aspire to publish books of their own! We will also be celebrating the 1-year anniversary of the release of The Shadow Sister which first became available June 27th, 2023!

Bio from Lily's website: Lily Meade is a young adult novelist of speculative fiction, represented by Elana Roth Parker of Laura Dail Literary. She has a Certificate in Editing from the University of Washington. Her work has been published in Bustle and Teen Vogue and she has been featured in Romper, Buzzfeed, and Rolling Stone. Her YouTube channel on writing advice and inspiration has over 3,700 subscribers.
