With only your hands, a wood dowel, a cutting tool, and some clay each participant of this class will learn to make their own sculpey millefiori cane.

Millefiori is a combination of the Italian words ‘mille’ meaning ‘thousand’ and ‘fiori’ meaning ‘flowers’ and is a traditional Italian glass blowing technique. We will be making our own millefiori veneers using sculpey oven baked clay. All participants will end the class with a finished cane that can then be baked at home and used for a variety of different sculpting and multimedia projects.
