Examples that staff can help with:

Downloading or streaming the Library’s ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and efilms
Basic computer, tablet, e-reader, or smartphone skills
Setting up and using email or other similar accounts
Basic word processing/presentation/spreadsheet software questions (ex. Microsoft Office)
Library catalog and online resources
