Need help getting started with technology? Want to learn more about e-books? Need assistance with your mobile device? Library staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer 1:1 tech help. 

Examples of questions that staff can help with:

-Downloading or streaming the Library’s ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and films
-Basic computer, tablet, e-reader, or smartphone skills
-Setting up and using email or other similar accounts
-Basic word processing/presentation/spreadsheet software questions (ex. Microsoft Office)
-Library catalog and online resources
