Examples that staff can help with:

  • Downloading or streaming the Library’s ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and efilms
  • Basic computer, tablet, e-reader, or smartphone skills
  • Setting up and using email or other similar accounts
  • Basic word processing/presentation/spreadsheet software questions (ex. Microsoft Office)
  • Library catalog and online resources
