It's a book club without the assigned reading! Join fellow book lovers for an hour of silent reading and then optional socializing afterwards. B.Y.O.B (Bring your own book), or borrow one of ours.
June meeting location: Chalet in the Woods

NOTE: This is an outdoor location. Come rain or shine, we will meet under the pavillion. Our host has graciously allowed access to the restroom in her shop.
We meet on the 2nd Sunday and 2nd Wednesday of the month (except on holidays).
Sunday's meeting is always held at the library. Wednesday locations may vary: please refer to calendar for meeting location for the month.
Wednesday Schedule:
4:30-5:30 Silent reading hour.
5:30-6:00 Chat with fellow book lovers or just keep reading.
Please consider arriving early to get settled in and find a comfortable spot to read. Look for our sign to find our group!

Directions From Tacoma:
Take Highway 16 West across the Tacoma narrows bridge. After crossing the bridge, go 6.5 miles to Burnham Drive, Canterwood exit. Proceed through the roundabout and cross over the freeway. At the stop, turn left onto Sehmel Road and go 2 miles to 78th Avenue. Turn left onto 78th Avenue and go 1/2 mile to 82nd Avenue. Turn left onto 92nd Street. Proceed to the “Y” and turn left onto 74th Avenue and follow to the Chalet.
Directions From Gig Harbor:
From Gig Harbor center, go west on Rosedale Street 3-1/2 miles to Rosedale Market. Stay to your right onto David Day. Go to 92nd Street and turn right. At the “Y” turn left onto 74th Avenue and follow to the Chalet.
Avoiding Roundabouts:
If you’d prefer not to drive through roundabouts, you can also come to the Chalet via Rosedale Street from downtown Gig Harbor.
