Welcome to the STEAM Kids Discovery Lab, where kids dive into science, technology, engineering, art and math through hands-on activities, experiments and creative challenges.
Programs are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence and support child-led exploration.
Each STEAM Discovery Lab session may look a little different - read on or check with your library for details!
Get creative and build together at the Parkland/Spanaway library with our LEGO® bricks. We supply the LEGO®, you supply the imagination!
It is an unstructured, creative play open-house. Stay for the entire event or pop in for a few minutes.
Your creations must be left at the library, but may be photographed before deconstruction.
All children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Recommended for ages 6-12 due to choking hazards.
Registration not required.
