practical strategies for communicating effectively with your child
guidance on working collaboratively with school staff
identifying the difference between typical adolescent behavior and potential mental health concerns
recognizing the warning signs of suicide and how to respond appropriately
Throughout the presentation, participants will also hear personal stories that shed light on the lived experience of mental health challenges, helping to foster understanding, empathy, and early intervention.
