Breathwork is the term used to describe a variety of breathing exercises where one focuses on their breathing and channeling it in an intentional way. Long employed in Eastern medicine traditions to calm the mind and body, breathwork can improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
In this program you will be introduced to several beginner breathwork practices, experience them together, and reflect on that experience.
