Discover what causes earthquakes in WA, how they impact Pierce County, and how to stay safe when the ground starts to shake. Join millions of people around the world for the Great ShakeOut, the world's largest earthquake drill, to get prepared not scared! And yes, we will practice our best Drop, Cover, and Hold On. Don’t miss this dynamic and practical look at one of nature’s most powerful forces. Presented in partnership with Pierce County Department of Emergency Management.
