South Hill Small Meeting RoomThe TPCHD Street Medicine Team provides medical care and health-related resources to those in our community who are experiencing homelessness.
Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department’s Street Medicine Team delivers medical care to those in our community experiencing homelessness. Services range from wound care and infection testing and treatment to chronic disease management and substance use disorder support. Our unhoused neighbors can meet with the team’s medical providers in a designated room in the library.
This service is available to anyone who does not have permanent housing. Parent or legal guardian consent is required for service to anyone under 18.
