Local attorneys Kira Rubel and Caroline Campbell will share information on Estate Planning and Collaborative Divorce.

Gig Harbor attorneys Kira Rubel and Caroline Campbell will discuss the importance of planning effectively for incapacity and death, and how to divorce with dignity. 

 

Kira Rubel will discuss the importance of planning with a living trust, having a complete and detailed children's legal plan, and incapacity issues.

 

Caroline Campbell will explain the collaborative divorce process that allows couples to control their divorce outcome in a private, respectful environment. 

 

Both speakers will emphasize the importance and benefits of reducing conflict and staying out of court.
