What You Need to Know

Take a deep dive into a hot topic in landlord/tenant law-evictions, led by a local attorney. Co-presented by the Pierce County Law Library.

This class will cover evictions and ejectments from the perspective of both the landlord and tenant, review recent changes to landlord/tenant law, and provide sample documents such as notices to vacate or notices of termination of tenancy. Will also cover process of service of eviction notice. Co-presented by the Pierce County Law Library.
