• An introduction to estate planning, including an estate-planning questionnaire and discussions of incapacity, probate v. non-probate property, and intestacy.
• Planning for pre-death matters, including durable powers of attorney and health care
directives.
• Planning for post-death matters, including Wills, trusts, and other will-substitutes

Who Should Attend? This is community event for attorneys and non-attorneys
