WANDERSTAR
Join us online for a space-western murder mystery game! Characters will be assigned when players arrive for WANDERSTAR. All players will receive a character list ahead of time, a link to the online event, a How-To Play Guide, and a Tech Guide from Foulplay.
What To Expect:
This murder mystery party is unscripted, meaning you will have a character background that includes personality traits and goals to accomplish, but how you do so is up to you! It’s like live-action Clue, everyone will be assigned a character, and you will "act" or roleplay as your character throughout the party. The murderer knows they are the murderer and is trying to cover their tracks while the other players try to figure out whodunnit while accomplishing their goals. A Foulplay host will be available throughout the party to assist and answer any questions.
The Play Platform:
We run all of our parties on Remo! Remo is an interactive web platform that mimics an in-person event. You will not need to download anything but you will need to make an account. Players will receive an event link and further instructions on how to play closer to the event. You must have a desktop or laptop, internet, and a webcam. Phones and tablets will not work. Each player needs their own laptop/computer, ideally in a separate room from another player if you have multiple people playing in a household.

Dressing up to the theme is encouraged but not required!
THE STORY:
In The Outskirts of the Frontier Star System, the crews of The Empress and The Calamity Jane have put aside old rivalries to apprehend infamous outlaw, Kaelen Longherst, and collect the bounty from Enforcer Barclay. While a dust storm threatens to keep the crews on lockdown, there is a lot to celebrate as they exchange the outlaw, alive, at Blackjack Cantina, a watering hole in Lone Rock Port well-known for attracting smugglers, gamblers, merchants, and crew members alike. But the past is not easily forgotten, and long-buried secrets and a mysterious lost treasure threaten to up the stakes.
