Speaker James McCormick will cover the basics of discovery in a civil case in litigation.

·        The presentation will touch on effective use of discovery tools available under Civil Rules 26 – 37

·        This will include use of interrogatories and requests for productions, requests for admission, depositions, CR 45 subpoenas, discovery motions and protective orders.

Who Should Attend?    This is community event for attorneys and non-attorneys
