10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's is the first program in a three-part series on Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, and healthy aging. 

In this session, you'll learn how to recognize common signs of Alzheimer's Disease in yourself and others and next steps to take. Join us to learn about:

  • The difference between normal aging and Alzheimer's.
  • Common warning signs.
  • The importance of early detection and benefits of diagnosis.
  • Next steps and expectations for the diagnostic process.
  • Alzheimer's Association resources. 

Additional sessions will cover research, treatments, and caregiver tips and strategies. All sessions will be presented for Pierce County Library System by the Alzheimer's Association, Washington State Chapter.

Please note that the Alzheimer’s Association will be the organization handling registration and collecting your information, and you may register for one or all three programs. Additional sessions will take place on Tuesday, June 15th and Tuesday, June 22nd, both from 6-7 p.m.
