Join Librarian Rebecca outdoors for books and activities all about favorite characters Elephant and Piggie.

Event held outdoors, weather permitting. Meet in the grassy area to the left of the building. Bring appropriate clothing and something to sit on if desired. Ages 4-8.

Program will be outdoors, but program participants may go inside for books or the facilities. Masks required in library buildings (5 and older). Following Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department’s directive and the State of Washington’s order, the Pierce County Library Library System requires the public and staff, regardless of vaccination, to wear masks to avoid the spread of COVID-19. Children ages 2-4 are strongly encouraged to wear a mask per the Department of Health. Also, per public health directives, masks are required outdoors where physical distancing isn’t possible.
