Join teens from all over Pierce County for the chaos and fun of game night as we play Jackbox Party Pack Games and Geoguessr!

A computer or mobile device that is able to run these games will be needed to participate. If you need a laptop consider visiting your local Pierce County Library to **check one out.

Join us for this special edition of Teen Virtual Game Night: March Madness Edition! It's time to bring your A-game as we compete to claw our ways to victory! You will face challenges that will push your wits, creativity, and geography skills to their limits!

Games featured for this special game night include several Jackbox Party Pack selections and Geoguessr:

  • Bracketeering: Players submit answers to bizarre questions and categories like “Best thing to hold in your online dating profile picture” or “Coolest person to clone an army of.” Those answers then duke it out in a tournament-style instant-elimination bracket.

  • Champ’d Up: Players battle for two rounds to see who will win the vote as the GOAT. In the first half, players are tasked to draw and name two types of characters: a champion and a challenger. First, they create a champion character based on the prompt they receive, like “The Champion of Cute.” Then, that character (but not the prompt) gets sent to another player who has to discern what the contest/prompt is and create what they hope is a worthy challenger.

  • GeoGuessr Battle Royal & Challenge: In Battle Royal Mode Players need to figure out where they are before the time runs out or before their lives run out. One by one all players will be eliminated until the last one remains. In Challenge Mode all players will be given the same set of locations and have to guess where they are. In the end, those with the closest guesses will earn the most points and claim victory!

**Supplies are limited and laptops must remain within the library to function properly. Headphones may also be available upon request. Remember to be considerate of others when playing and keep the volume down when playing in a library setting. Thank you for being awesome!

We are working hard to find affordable and free online games that we can host for game nights like these! Find us on the Pierce County Library Teen Discord (link on the PCLS website under 'teens') if you have questions!

Other things to consider: While it is not required, some games work better if you turn on your camera and mic so when possible consider turning these on if you feel comfortable (not required but encouraged)
