Join us for a choose your own adventure style book club where you get to pick a book, e-book, or audiobook that fits the theme! Ages 12-18
At the Gig Harbor Teen Book Club we don't want to tell you what to read and when to read it! Instead each month there will be a theme to help guide your reading selecting along with recommendations matching the theme to help guide your choice if you aren't sure what you may want to read. Every reader is different so please know that all formats are welcome, including, physical books, e-books, audiobooks, graphic novels, and more! Historically most themes lean towards the genres of fantasy and sci-fi but as we continue to grow more variety will be offered.
Come to the book club prepared to share the story of your choosing and to tell us a little bit about why you picked it and what you liked and/or disliked about it. This book club is a casual place for us to share our love or reading and stories!
The November 2022 theme is: Monsters Within
Choose books that feature monsters and/or characters who are morally grey. Some characters are willing to embrace the monster within while others do everything they can to hide it, what will the characters decide in the story you choose to explore?
