The Friends of the Sumner Library is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization open to anyone interested in supporting the work of the Sumner Pierce County Library.

The Friends are key partners of the library in:

  • Advocating for the library and raising awareness of library services
  • Sponsoring library programs and assisting in promotion and presentation
  • Raising funds for library projects to meet the needs of our diverse community

The group meets regularly on Saturday mornings at the Library.
