Join the Gig Harbor Teen Specialist for an hour of crafts and other activities in the library meeting room! Ages 12 - 18
Teen Tuesdays are designed to provide a dedicated hour of time just for teens! Participate in weekly crafts, work on homework while you chat with friends, connect with the Teen Specialist to help find more ways the library can be a fun and easy place to hang out, connect with other teens, and access helpful resources for learning new skills or preparing for life after high school. Whatever you choose to do during this time is up to you!
Teen Tuesdays will be held on alternating Tuesday and will now be held indoors in the library's meeting room! We know with school back in session you are busy and your free time is precious, our goal is to provide quality programs and activities that you can enjoy during your free time! It is our hope that with this change we can provide a wider variety of crafts and activities for you to enjoy!
The first Teen Tuesday of February will feature a craft called paper quilling which may take a little bit more time to learn than previous crafts so the program will be a half an hour longer than typical Teen Tuesday craft programs! The last Teen Tuesday of every month will be a Movie Night! The featured movie in February will be Thor: Love & Thunder which is rated PG-13.
Snacks, drinks, materials for crafting, and good times are all provided at Teen Tuesdays!
