Join us at the Parkland/Spanaway Library for an hour of gentle yoga. A class best suited for the needs of beginners or would like a calmer paced yoga session.

Bring your mats and join us at the Parkland/Spanaway Library for a session of Gentle Yoga! This class is led by Virginia, a yoga instructor from Omni Yoga Studio & Academy. This is a slow-paced yoga class meant for beginners and those with low mobility. 

Besides your personal yoga mat and wearing your favorite yoga clothes, no other supplies needed.
