An Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program

Families with children that want to learn more about making healthy meals for less.

A fun, free and interactive 9 week program to learn about:

  • Healthy eating
  • Saving money at the grocery store
  • Keeping food safe
  • Being physically active
  • Cooking for less
  • Planning meals

Each week you'll prepare and taste new recipes!

Tools to help you in your journey will also be given out each week: Water bottle, cutting mat, produce brush, measuring cups & spoons, physical activity DVD, cookbook, Graduation certificate and more!
