Enjoy nature poetry signs throughout several parks within Pierce County.

Poetry in the Park connects people to nature by engaging our senses with the environment around us. Visit parks around Pierce County during September to enjoy a mix of classic and local poetry! Take a self guided walk or join us for a walk led by volunteers.

This walk is located at Spanaway Lake Park. Meet near Kitchen A at Military Road Entrance.

This program is a partnership between Pierce County Library System, Tahoma Audubon Society and Tacoma Public Library.
