Experience one hour of Gentle Yoga at the Parkland/Spanaway Library. This session is suitable for adults.

Bring your mats and join us at the Parkland/Spanaway Library for an hour of Gentle Yoga. This class is led by Virginia, a yoga instructor from Omni Yoga Studio & Academy.
Besides your personal yoga mat and wearing your favorite yoga clothes, no other supplies needed.
Registration required.
