Experience traditional Chinese paper cutting during the Year of the Dragon! Learn about this ancient folk art from paper-cutting master Lili Zhang from the Confucius Institute of the State of Washington. Watch a demonstration on paper-cutting techniques, make your own paper-cut decorations, and enjoy an exhibit of Lili's original artwork.
