Join Northwest Sinfonietta's Musical Storytelling program, where picture books come alive with live music and foley sound artistry.

Experience the magic of Northwest Sinfonietta's Musical Storytelling! This story time program brings picture books to life through live music by cellist Gretchen Yanover and captivating foley sound effects performed by actor Amy Broomhall. Tailored for preschoolers and their families, each 45-60 minute session features two engaging stories, interactive sound effects, and a fun instrument-making activity—giving every child the joy of creating their own musical instrument to bring home.
