Join us for a five-week yoga series designed to support wellness, mobility, and mindfulness for every body.
In our first session, you’ll explore the rich history of yoga and learn about its many physical, mental, and emotional benefits.
The following four weeks will guide you through gentle, accessible chair yoga practices—perfect for all ages, abilities, and experience levels.
Each class includes simple movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you increase flexibility, improve balance, and find greater ease in your day-to-day life. No special clothing or equipment require, just bring your curiosity and an open heart!
