Join us for a program that celebrates the rich creative and cultural diversity in Pierce County Communities through arts and culture experiences.

Join us for a vibrant art-making experience inspired by contemporary artist Yellena James,
known for her whimsical underwater worlds filled with shells, coral, sea stars, and flowing
flora. Her work blends inks, acrylics, watercolor, gouache, and markers into mesmerizing
compositions of organic shapes and bold color.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore James’s techniques while celebrating
Washington’s native marine life.
