Improve your overall mind, body, and spirit through the ancient Chinese practice combining slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation. A veteran Tai Chi instructor, Ronny Llanos will guide you through the Yang style abbreviated form, designed for people at all levels of health. Limited space; registration required. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. May join one, some, or all four classes in the series, though please note that the classes build on each other.
