Reverse Mortgage specialist Rebecca Rainsberger will also be presenting and can help you if you are deciding to stay in your home or purchase a new home through a "Home Equity Conversion Mortgage." She will cover the pros and cons of the Federal Housing Administration's Reverse Mortgage and what makes it so different now as a government loan.
