Drop in anytime to enjoy fun, self-guided activities with real microscopes! -- no schedule, no sign-up, just explore and play!  

Explore the unseen world through the lens of a real microscope!  Drop in to look at our microscopic world through an assortment of prepared slides.  From cat hair to carrot skins and so much more in between, everyday objects look different when viewed at a microscopic level.  Then, explore the library with one of our handheld microscopes.  Book pages, library cards, and even the clothes you wear will look very different when magnified in a microscope.  Recommended for ages 5 and up.  

Anytime Activities are self-directed programs you can enjoy at your own pace, on your own time.

From scavenger hunts and puzzles to craft stations and interactive displays, these activities are designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and connection - no registration or staff assistance required. Stop by and discover what’s happening at your library today!
