Live Your Best Digital Life Series: Passwords, Passkeys & MFA - Oh My! 

October is Cybersecurity and Information Literacy Awareness month! Confused by passwords, passkeys, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)? In this beginner-friendly program, we will explain today’s most common sign-in methods and share practical tips for protecting your email, banking, shopping, and other online accounts.

Presenter Cynthia Sepulveda is a U.S. Air Force veteran and technology professional with more than 20 years of experience in IT. She believes technology should empower people, not intimidate them, and enjoys helping individuals from all backgrounds build their digital skills and confidence. Her goal is to make cybersecurity practical, understandable, and relevant to everyday life.
